Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Ventura Tecnologia Mineral LTDA (CNPJ 34.707.853/0001-80), based in São Paulo, Brazil, which operates KiteVue.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email, whether you are a customer, a pilot or both and, if you provide them, your region and product of interest. We also record the date of your consent and the site language. When you write to us, we keep your message and your email address.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use this data only to tell you about the KiteVue launch and to understand where there is interest. Our legal basis is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use Supabase to store the waitlist, with the database in the São Paulo region, and Vercel to host the site. They process data only on our behalf. Some of their services may run outside Brazil, in which case the transfer relies on the safeguards the LGPD allows.
How long we keep it
We keep the data until launch and for a set period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under Brazil's LGPD, you can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to legal@kitevue.com and we will reply within 15 days.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. We only store your theme and language choice in your browser. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify visitors.
Data protection officer and complaints
The data protection officer (encarregado) is still to be designated. Until then, send any request to legal@kitevue.com. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority, the ANPD.
